About Us

American Healthcare Apprenticeships is a non-profit that sponsors, supports, and consults on healthcare apprenticeships. With years of experience in career training, we’re focused on transforming how healthcare workers are trained.

We offer new ways for employers to find skilled healthcare talent, while also creating opportunities for underrepresented groups, rural communities, and those stuck in low-wage jobs to move up.

Many employers can’t find qualified workers, and people often can’t afford the high cost of college or to leave their current jobs to get better skills. Our programs solve this by offering faster, more efficient training focused on building the skills needed—not just logging hours.

Our pre-apprenticeships give students and workers basic skills, help them pick a career path, and prepare them for registered apprenticeship programs.
